Our Policy
NailU cannot offer returns or refunds for change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect selection. All requests must be made in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement if:
- The product is unsafe.
- The product is significantly different from its description or sample.
- The product is faulty and cannot be easily fixed within a reasonable time.
